All services are provided virtually and for conceptual visualization purposes only. Deliverables are not architectural plans, engineering drawings, construction documents, permit-ready plans, code analyses, project estimates, or guarantees of feasibility, property value, resale value, marketing performance, or final construction outcome. Clients and project professionals are responsible for verifying all measurements, site conditions, permits, code requirements, budgets, material availability, and final suitability before implementation. Real estate and marketing clients are responsible for using appropriate disclosures for digitally altered images. By submitting any photos or materials, you confirm you have the right to use and share them. Ownership and Limited License. NookMuse retains all right, title, and interest in and to all preliminary concepts, drafts, revisions, prompts, workflows, methods, source files, and final deliverables, including all associated intellectual property rights. Upon full payment, Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the final approved deliverables solely for the specific project, property, listing, proposal, or internal presentation for which they were created. Client may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, reuse on other projects, use in templates, use for AI training, remove branding or attribution where applied, or create derivative works for commercial reuse without NookMuse’s prior written consent. Client may not use NookMuse deliverables in paid advertising, promotional campaigns, syndicated listing content, third-party marketing, or other commercial media beyond the originally approved use unless separately licensed in writing. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in additional licensing fees, revocation of usage rights, and other remedies available by law.

Real Estate Note
Digitally altered property visuals may depict renovations, staging, finish changes, or other enhancements that do not reflect current property condition. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable MLS, brokerage, platform, and advertising disclosure requirements.

NookMuse visuals are sales-support concepts only and do not replace licensed design, estimating, permitting, engineering, code compliance, or construction responsibilities.

All NookMuse visuals, concepts, layouts, design directions, renderings, edits, and related deliverables remain the intellectual property of NookMuse unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the final delivered visuals only for the specific project, property, listing, or client presentation for which they were created. Deliverables may not be resold, transferred, reused on other projects, used in paid advertising outside the approved scope, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.
